Q. Is this accommodation for me?
A. Execaccom caters for business travellers and professionals. We wish to provide an environment favourable for networking and like minded individuals. Most of our guests are regulars or recommended by regulars.

Q. What is the maximum number of guests per room?
A. Two. As a general rule we only have one guest per room as we cater predominantly for, and try to attract, guests travelling on business. We appreciate that partners often travel on business together. An extra guest is welcome for a small fee of $29 per night.

Q. What type of building is this?
A. This is a 4 story 100 year old Victorian terrace that has been completely refurbished and custom designed.

Q. Tell me more about the lounge, kitchen and dining area.
A. These are guest facilities for use by all. They are well appointed and we ask that guests maintain these areas as they found them. Our 1 bedroom self contained accommodation has its own private kitchen and lounge facilities.

Q. Is smoking permitted outside?
A. No. ExecAccom is completely smoke free both inside and out for the comfort of all.

Q. What level of service is available?
A. In response to guests feedback, and in order to provide best value, rooms and guest facilities are serviced on departure or weekly for our longer staying guests.

Q. How does the Internet work?
A. Wireless internet is provided free of charge for use with your own notebook. Technical support is not available but we will help if possible. You will be provided with a key to give you full access. We ask that use this within reason and not to download torrents.

Q. Is there parking?
A. There is free on street parking available and a secure parking station (not affiliate with us) close by. Click here for an external link to the secure parking station.

Q. Where are the best Pool and Gym facilities?
A. We highly recommend and personally use Cook and Phillip Aquatic and Fitness Centre. You can jog there in 5 minutes and casually access is available. Click here for an external link to their site.
